Policy Analyst with two regional and thematic teams at the OECD: the Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia (SIPA), under the Global Relations and Co-operation Secretariat; and Green Action Task Force at the Environmental Policy Directorate of the OECD.Support with running the analytical and research components of Central Asia-focused SIPA work, namely on issues relating to the decarbonisation of hard-to-abate industries in Central Asia and numerous policy-adjacent issues. Work on both firm- and industry-level technology and innovation perspectives (especially regarding hydrogen and its derivatives) for hard-to-abate industrial decarbonisation, as well as on supporting governments with the establishment of clear policy and regulatory frameworks for low-carbon technology investment, adoption and innovation (e.g., effective carbon pricing, demand-creation, etc.).In addition, support the scoping, design, and implementation our policy work on environmental issues between water-land-energy use in Central Asia, particularly on the nexus between industrial policy and environmental outcomes.
