• Quality Assurance of all processes and completed panels• Managing all subsectors of warehouse personnel; carpenters, steel fixers, welders, concreters. • Facilitating management of transport of panels to site for clients• Ordering and procurement• Scheduling of daily panels for completion as well as forecasting for upcoming requirements.• Working as an effective manager to ensure all panels are completed in a timely and safe manner• Liasing with upper management on issues, deadlines and progresses daily• Working in a fast paced environment while still ensuring absolute quality• Estimating
