Responsible for the maintenance and operation of control systems throughout the three US facilities. This includes any PLC-driven control systems and electrical controls, both existing and new installations. This position involves innovative design aspects of manufacturing and implementing the Kaizen (Lean manufacturing) methodology.

Responsibilities include project design, implementation, maintenance, and repair of industrial automated systems. Use of PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text in conjunction with Allen-Bradley industrial hardware. Use of AutoCAD to create drawings for electrical wiring diagrams, panel design specifications, and 3D design to ensure high-quality SCADA system implementation.
