Luke Marsh is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a barrister of England and Wales and Door Tenant at 25 Bedford Row, London. Before he joined the academic community, Luke worked at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. He spent three years in Japan on the JET programme.
