The FLDP at Boston Scientific is a well respected program within the finance organization. Participants of the program undergo two one-year rotations working in different areas of finance and accounting at BSC. Quarterly trainings, guest audit experience, community service activities and a second-year capstone project cultivates professional growth and financial acumen. 2nd Rotation: Corporate FP&A – Finance Rotational, Boston Scientific, Marlborough, MAJuly 2016- July 2017Support the business from a total company perspective while actively participating in monthly close process• Analyze monthly emerging market sales and OI • Consolidate total company capital expenditures–actuals, plan, forecast• Assisted in schedule preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan presented to CFO/CEO and the Board of Directors• Developed understanding of currency impact on financial results• Support additional projects including peer financial analysis comparison 1st Rotation: Global Operations Finance – Finance Rotational, Boston Scientific, Marlborough, MA June 2015- June 2016Support multiple corporate finance and marketing cost centers, New Business Deals, Government Affairs, and Board of Directors• Prepare AOP and forecast plans for approximately 25 individual cost centers • Perform all aspects of month-end close analysis including cost center journal entry cross charges, accruals and reversals• Analyze variances to plan and forecast–communicate to cost center managers as well as corporate on variance drivers• Reconcile three different general ledger accrual accounts on a monthly basis• Track headcount and develop ad-hoc reports as needed

• Coordinate social and educational resident programs regarding peer, social and health issues, including cookouts, billiards tournament, and informational seminars for time and stress management. • Counsel and advise all floor residents on various personal and academic issues, including conflict-resolution, academic planning, and adjusting to campus life • Complete one-week intensive training prior to semester, as well as participate in weekly staff meetings and ongoing additional training and professional development.• Directed and prepared students during a potential catastrophe during the Boston bombings• Received award recognition in 2015 for most collaborative program for the apartments area

As the only intern on the Revenue Management Team, my accomplishments include:• Identifying a base revenue gap of more than $17.1 million that allowed the pricing team to generate about $300K in additional revenue; • Analyzing 2013 and 2014 customer exclusion numbers to find trends;• Detecting patterns among customers who consistently did not receive price increases to determine new ways to generate revenue;• Executing quarterly price increases; • Presenting my findings to fellow interns, my revenue team and manager, and other Iron Mountain employees;• Participating in a variety of professional development workshops and training activities.
