This is a clerical/customer service position in which student employees are responsible for performing routine university-operated residence hall functions. Employees are responsible for sorting mail, answering questions, greeting residents, monitoring security cameras and handling sensitive resident information. This position requires discretionary effort and strict punctuality on the part of all employees.

In 2014, I was responsible for handling the finances of the annual conference of a national volunteer student organization known as MACURH. This position required over a year of planning, as well as procuring and allocating funds in order to ensure a successful conference. This experience required flexibility and consistent ability to perform within a diverse team.
