As a member of the Global Center of Excellence, Luke focuses on initiatives to support the global sales team in driving Control Center deals. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, customer success, etc. to nurture and accelerate sales opportunities and help customers realize maximum value from Everbridge solutions.Additionally working with strategic prospects and customers to define their vision for CEM and present solutions to meet that vision.

Luke provides subject matter expertise on the Control Center product to Everbridge sales teams and partners around the world. This encompasses leading the technical responses to bids/proposals, creating and presenting software demonstrations, attending trade shows, and working with partners to position Everbridge Control Center.

Reporting to the Global VP Sales & Marketing Luke provides technical expertise to the UK and RoW sales teams. As per Professional Services Engineer with added responsibility as technical lead on projects. Taking control of all technical aspects of the project from requirements gathering to project delivery and handover to support. Assisting in training and mentoring junior engineers across the company. Working with product and development teams to improve the product.

Working with clients and partners around the world to configure CNL’s innovative software platform, IPSecurityCenter (now Control Center). Providing application expertise during the design, build, test, and training phases of projects. A customer facing role requiring the ability to quickly build relationships with new clients and stakeholders while learning their systems and business requirements.

I worked as a Siebel Change Developer, my main responsibility was making changes to the Siebel solution based on Requests for Change received from the client. I also assisted with support, testing and release management on the project.

I worked as a Siebel Change Developer, this involves making changes to our Siebel solution based on RFCs received from the client.

I provided 4th line live support for an estate with 100,000 users, our team consisted of 5 staff providing the last line of support to the client. This meant resolving all problems that the first 3 lines of support were unable to as well as supporting the internal project team with any issues they were having.
