The property is focused on providing off-campus student housing with a total of 576 beds. My main duties include: leasing to maintain occupancy, marketing to create traffic, and giving guided tours of the community. I utilized Realpage's OneSite for property management and Knock for prospect follow up. During my time as a community assistant, I developed a Visual Basic script that makes typing leases in Microsoft Word much more efficient.
