Before my final semester at Northeastern University, I decided to explore the possibilities in Real Estate Investments through a two-month internship with North River Company (NRC). During this time, I was exposed to many aspects of the industry, including financial modeling, property research, real estate strategy, and approaches to navigating zoning and permitting. This experience marked the beginning of my journey in understanding the market and workings of Real Estate Investments. I had the privilege of working alongside a great team who introduced me to the vast opportunities within the field and continue to provide invaluable support and guidance in my career.
