The Physical Security team leads the entire life cycle of physical security deployment from design through implementation and commissioning to ongoing maintenance in EMEA. We specify security design requirements and install approved physical security measures to secure our sites. We develop, evaluate, implement new loss prevention/security solutions that are risk based, optimise guarding/operational cost and automate field activities. We also lead sustainability practices and strategy for EMEA Security & Loss Prevention organization.

As a Senior Program Manager I am responsible for managing complex projects and programs impacting Amazon Life Safety, Operations, Brand Integrity and Reputation. In addition, I lead a team of 5 Program Managers covering the UK&IE. I am accountable and contribute to Physical Security Systems Implementation of new launches, retrofits, expansions, parking lots for all building types such as Fulfilment Canters (FCs), Sortation Canters (SCs), Delivery Stations (DS), Amazon XL sites (AMXL), Global Specialty Fulfilment (GSF), Reverse Logistics (ReLo). In addition to the above I was responsible to initiatives leading to standard and procedure optimisation across EMEA. I report directly to FSIS Function Lead Manager.

Working as (embed) Ericsson's Country Security Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the multisite, multi-service contracts, ensuring consistent safe, quality and impactful service delivery across multiple locations and driving contract optimisation and growth. I also fully manage the implementation of a robust and secure journey management plan in line with GW SOP’s and Ericsson core values. I am accountable for managing a team of 105 staff at peak, as well as a relocation to disperse staff globally and remotely manage the team.

I provided operational oversight and scrutinised planning of tasks and will monitor local national lead team’s progress through tracking platforms and constant communication. I personally planned, coordinated and delivered Primary Protection Officer Services to clients when requested for all their movements throughout Libya, often working in remote desert locations.
