This position requires the ability to manage customer relationships in service territory; instrumentation & service sales opportunities. As a trusted technical advisor and account manager, I have the opportunity to become a leader in new product and service growth. In this position I maintain service contracts for industries to include: municipal, pharma, beverage, power, chemical/refining, Industrial, waste water, and environmental customers. I have extensive expertise on a wide range of multi-parameter water quality monitoring instrumentation, including but not limited to spectrophotometers, sensor probes, analytical chemistry analyzers, automated titrators, etc.

Work including but not limited to: Custom application as well as preparation of chemicals as well a full ability to learn application systems as well as maintenance on equipment. This position required daily interaction with customers.

Paid intern for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission at the Andrew Hulsey State Fish Hatchery. Work included research data collection, observation, and extraction, large-scale survey data entry, genetic extraction through cell lysing, public interfacing, as well as routine inspections on hatchery grounds.
