As an enthusiastic and driven 20-year-old Computing Science student at the University of Strathclyde, I am passionate about technology and tackling new challenges. I recently finished my 2nd year of studies and began a summer internship at NMIS working as a lone developer on their pre-approved talent project. This gave me a fantastic experience to learn, starting from the beginning of the software development process, to designing and developing the front and back-ends, to testing and de-bugging complex features. Throughout my journey in computing science I have had experience using C, Java, Flask, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Haskell. Additionally I have had hands-on experience throughout the software development process incorporating scrum methodologies and working in an agile team.Beyond my academic pursuits, I am an avid surfer and climber, and dedicated member of the university's climbing and surfing teams. My love for climbing, combined with my outgoing personality, has led me to roles such as a climbing instructor at The Climbing Academy and a tennis coach, where I developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.With a robust set of skills in teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, critical thinking, and digital literacy, I am excited to continue my journey in the tech industry. My goal is to leverage my experiences and education to contribute meaningfully to innovative software engineering projects and dynamic team environments.
