In this job role I have to put out new stock onto the shelves. I also have to help out the customers if they need help trying to find the product that they want. Also I am there to help customers if they can't decide on what to buy for there children or themselves. This job role has taught me many different skills. The skills that I have learnt are customer service skills and the two main ways in which I deal with customer's is either face-to-face or over the telephone.
