I am a current Junior Undergraduate student at the University at Buffalo, studying Exercise Science and Nutrition with an ambition to further pursue a career in Physical Therapy. While at Buffalo I plan to not only complete my undergraduate studies, but also attain a better understanding of the medical field in order to benefit my future. I have also worked in the restaurant industry for about four years now. I started off as a dishwasher, and through hard work and dedication to my job, I was able to learn how to cook and was eventually promoted to line cook, which has been my position ever since. I have also started my own ski tuning business, which is the only place in the area where people can bring their skis to be sharpened and waxed without having to drive a few hours away in order for them to be done.
