In my role, I am part of a team that ensures timely and accurate administration of finance loan products. Some of the key responsibilities and accountabilities of my role include:- Underwriting referred deals up to 35k- Maintaining strong relationships with area sales managers, dealers and colleagues- Verifying the completeness and accuracy of credit proposals - Reviewing open banking, bank statements and payslips to investing potential frauds, PEP and sanctions matches- Managing 'more information' queries

In-between my first and second year at university, I worked full time (between 35 - 40 hours a week) with additional responsibilities from my previous role. These new responsibilities included: Day to day cash control – till management in a high pressure working environment. As well as counting up end of day takings and cash matching with customer receipts.  Preparing customers’ orders – required accuracy and attention to detail when creating bespoke orders as well as taking responsibility for multiple orders with varying deadlines for completion.

Whilst completing my A-Levels I picked up a part-time job as a Team Member at Creams Café working 12 - 16 hours a week. The responsibilities within this role included: Front line customer interaction – delivering excellent customer service whilst on the till and waiting on tables in a polite and professional manner. Operating in the kitchen – developed my organisation skills as I had to keep all surfaces clear for any dirty crockery or cutlery coming in
