Developed and facilitated a pre-employment preparation course for the increase in unemployed workers in the construction industry due to the effects of COVID-19. Delivered the full program to stakeholders on a two-week deadline, then continued to facilitate sessions in collaboration with Centro Concepts and the Sarina Russo Employment Institute.

This role saw me lead the training development and delivery for Allianz Partners' Contact Centre Transformation program, implementing the company's first ever delivery of Webinar-based training for such a large scale program, at extremely short notice due to the sudden impact of COVID-19.

Customer Service Assistant in the Roadside Assistance department, primarily working in Logistics, which covered everything outside the scope of the initial assistance in a Roadside incident: Arranging and booking rental vehicles, accommodation, flights, long distance towing etc. These tasks were often undertaken in response to complex situations and time constraints. The goal in this position was to take these complicated set of circumstances and provide a simple but effective outcome for the customer, making the assistance process as seamless as possible for them.

After a few years of getting to know the business that my Father had run for quite some time, I had the opportunity to move into this role as Director of Domain Syndicates. I continued to undertake many of the tasks I had performed as a consultant, with the addition of managing day-today operations, client liaison, and being responsible for maintaining high sales figures in the domain name space.

A part-time role with a family-owned business, which specialises in the sales of after-market domain names. This role saw me handle a broad spectrum of the business' non-sales requirements, including administrative tasks and extensive market research, as well as website and graphic design, and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).
