My time at ME Group has allowed me to become very proficient in various admin departments. The team that I worked with has important deadlines to meet and this has led to me gaining experience working in a very time-conscious, target orientated environment. I have enhanced my Microsoft Office skills as part of the job entails working closely with Spreadsheets.

Working for the bike department in Halfords allowed me to enhance my team-working and communication skills due to the team having to continually hit targets and make sure the customers were satisfied with the services we provided. I worked on building and performing minor repairs on customers bikes as well as selling new bikes and accessories which further developed my confidence and gave me retail/customer service experience.I worked here during summer 2017 and came back to work for the winter holidays as well in order to fund my university life.

Worked as a Kitchen Assistant during my time at the care home specialising in Dementia. I learnt a great deal about basic care work and First Aid. At times I would be working by myself in the kitchen which led to the development of crucial time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
