To highlight a few:- Extensive reporting on engagement budgets vs actual delivery for all Consulting engagements. Key KPI being the comparison of profitability.- Managing one of our largest engagements in FS Consulting from an internal finance lens. This involves ensuring our internal accounting is aligned with our monthly client invoices - considering all 3rd parties involved. Beyond this, I analyse our resource profile to provide insight & theory behind profitability. Also, I am in the process of mentoring a fellow colleague so they can take on this responsibility.- Weekly reporting to aid month end forecasting- Monthly meetings covering financial performance with the Connected Business Lead I am responsible for. I present an MI pack which details relevant commentary addressing key pieces of information alongside graphs outlining trends. - Active role in budgeting for the upcoming fiscal year; taking an increased interest/ focus into the Connected Business I report on.- Proactively chase debtors- Interoperate pipeline to aid monthly forecasts- Run sessions on financial engagement management on varying scales ranging from 10 to 80 people Show less

I transitioned into a permanent role at KPMG in October 2020 when my 2 year apprenticeship concluded. Since then, I have taken responsibility generating multiple reports which provide us with great insight, e.g. Debt and Engagement Profitability reports. These help us keep track of all engagements across FS Consulting. In addition to this, I have utilised my intuition to create a personalised Suspense report that enables my seniors to more accurately forecast our end of month position.
