With Arup I worked as a Mechanical EIT on the design of the West White Rose Project Concrete Gravity Structure (CGS). I was the package engineer responsible for technical review of the vacuum priming system, escape chute system, contingency cabin and basket strainers. I provided technical input on bids, reviewed vendor submittals, attended bi-weekly coordination meetings with the client and vendors, and responded to vendor technical queries.I was responsible for preparing and reviewing calculations, specifications, technical notes, reports and other technical documents. I designed the CGS temporary ventilation system, prepared the technical specification, and provided technical input and support during the procurement processI managed the internal project risk register and organized and chaired quarterly risk review sessions. I managed the closeout of risk assessment actions, and chaired weekly review meetings with the client and other key stakeholders
