The Café optimized service between people, product and equipment to serve the customers at an elevated level that supported the company’s brand. The Nutella Café is a division of Ferrero. Nutella sells more of its chocolate/hazelnut butter worldwide than all peanut butter companies in the USA combined. Every item on the Café’s menu featured Nutella. The Café was a new fast casual concept which employed industry best practices.
