Converte is a scientifically manufactured biologic plantfood that is designed to feed the plant via improved soil health and enhance the abundance and diversity of microbiology in the soil. By replacing Earth’s lost nutrients with its complex mix of minerals, vitamins, plant hormones, seaweed extracts and natural growth chelates, Converte, the Australian produced plantfood, is the most complex soil and plant health concentrate available. It returns the universal base nutrition to soils and plants to improve the performance and profitability of farming systems. At the same time we aim to assist farmers in growing nutrient dense foods that can return larger profits to the farmer.

Works included the delivery of on-site utilities and infrastructure; desalination plant, the relocation of an existing water treatment facility, new waste water treatment plant, new diesel power station and associated utility corridor and connections. I was accountable for all facets of the project's logistics, on and off island, as well as the allocation and management of plant and equipment, stores, laydown, preservation and procurement.

Works included the structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) works for the in-loading and out-loading conveyors and transfer towers. Nine transfer stations and 13 conveyors were installed as a part of this project which resulted in 10 km of conveyors through the stockyards and out to the export jetty. The work also included the fabrication and installation of 12 km of fire and dust suppression piping associated with the stockyards.

Works including the supply, fabrication, surface treatment, and installation and construction verification of structural, mechanical, piping and electrical works. The stockyard required the construction of secondary crushing units, stockpiling, train load-out bin, plant conveyors and miscellaneous support facilities at the Solomon mine site.

Work included civil, mechanical and electrical construction and commissioning of 2 stage primary crushing, 10.2 kilometre overland conveyor, secondary crushing, screenhouse, storage silo's, stockyard conveyor and stockyard, reclaim system and tie-in to existing 50 kilometre overland conveyor to Worsley Refinery.

Works included the installation of HRSGs, Gas Turbine Generators (GTGs) and Bypass Stacks, Stream Turbines, Cooling Water Systems, Water Treatment Plant, De-aerator and FW Systems, Pipe Rack Installation, BOP Piping, Service Piping, Distillate Fuel Systems, Air Compression, Fire Detection and protection systems for a 450mW Power Station.

Worked included construction of 2 X 229MW Coal Fired Turbines, Generators, Condensers, Feedwater tank, HP and LP pre-heaters, Control System and associated pipework and valves.
