I initially joined Crytek as a temporary staff member, but was offered a permanent role offering 1st and 2nd line desktop support to 150+ highly technical users. During my first year with the company I was offered a challenge to complete and get certified in time to support our new corporate network using Extreme Switches. These are high throughput network devices based on a bespoke linux kernel used in data centres and large businesses worldwide.
