Product lead for the development of a retail media advertising platform for one of Canada's largest organizations. Lead a team of product managers in the strategy and requirement definition for the platform, collaborating closely with business, UX, and development teams to succesfully build and launch the platform within 3 months. Defined the product strategy and objectives as it was enhanced for a successful self-serve launch, gathering feedback from campaign managers and customers.

• Worked as the product owner/ product lead for a team developing an intelligent voice application for a large Canadian company. This project was the first of its kind globally. Lead and facilitated between a team of designers, developers and testers using agile methodologies, working with business stakeholders to determine scope and functionality of the application, as well as facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives.• Managed budgeting and costing of project extensions, and interfaced with client project leads to ensure application delivery exceeded expectations.

• Worked on a team of 7 on the implementation of a major management information system for a client, replacing 72 legacy systems with one integrated system. This system is the largest of its kind being developed in Canada, representing the digitalization of large financial organization• Facilitated defect management and a variety of triage meetings for this project, participating in the daily standup with client executives ensuring both short and long term targets were achieved• Developed new techniques to ensure integration of systems was defect free, working to ensure that the project goes live with minimal effect to the business functions of the organization• Assisted in the timeline planning for the restructuring of different organization to a new ERP system, to allow for strategic decision making regarding project scope• Produced a brochure for the Deloitte Internet of Things Practice group, presenting how IoT technologies can revolutionize management information systems through the automated gathering and analysis of data
