-Served as the Gunnery Instructor for 2 20-week courses and Senior Gunnery Instructor for 4 additional 20-week courses. Supervised the technical and tactical instruction while directly mentoring 149 Army and Marine Corps Second Lieutenants and 5 international officers. -Assisted with instruction and mentorship of more than 1000 new artillery officers on how to preform the correct techniques and follow proper procedures in order to calculate the most accurate firing data. -Provided input to the strategic future of US Marine Corps artillery operations and equipment. -Wrote and updated artillery doctrine and instruction for the US Marine Corps Artillery community to include multimedia visual aids, presentations, and instructor training material for 28 periods of instruction. -Assisted in creating and updating Marine Artillery Basic Officer Course (MAOBC) 2.0-Created and updated test and evaluations for MAOBC 2.0. -Evaluated and tested more than 150 students on how well they could perform their jobs.

-Supervised, inventoried, and accounted for more than $5,400,000 of forward observer, communication, and motor transportation equipment for multiple Fire Support Teams. -Identified administrative discrepancies in the company’s inventory account and implemented changes to ensure discrepancies were fixed and prevented in the future. -Served as the Headquarters Battery Remain Behind Element (RBE) Officer in Charge (OIC) of 145 Marines during a battalion exercise.

-Accounted for and properly supervised more than $5,000,000 of weapons and serialized items-After receiving the commander’s long term and short term requirements, implemented a comprehensive training plan for more than 350 Marines ensuring each section submitted and executed their weekly training plans while coordinating with other sections and outside units to ensure the best training possible. -After major training events, led the after action meeting to promote an open knowledge-sharing environment that allowed people to share knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the unit as a whole.-Analyzed each sections training needs and ensured they were supplied the right resources to complete the training. -Supervised the increased readiness of 20% or more for the armory in 5 function areas of maintenance during the Field Supply Maintenance Analysis Office (FSMAO) inspection-Received and coordinated the logistical and administrative requirements for Marines from 3rd Marine Division in support of the PACOM Augmentation Team Philippines (PAT-PHIL), an anti-terrorism task force operation in the Philippines

-Planned, executed, and coordinated the safe and accurate firing of 1050 rounds of live artillery fire while integrating and coordinating with multiple units and aircraft-Planned and executed a year long pre-deployment training plan for my team.

-Supervised the safe calculations of firing data and training of 120 Marines firing more than 535 artillery rounds. -Ensured all steps were taken and procedures followed on every round the Battery fired by training all assistant floor managers (Section chiefs) on the operations and equipment of their section.-Tailored training based off the needs of the company. -Supervised the maintenance and accountability of more than $6,500,000 of motor transportation, communications, and Fire Direction Center assets

-Provided logistical support to 1044 Marines during 18 courses ensuring they were adequately prepared with the proper equipment for a jungle environment-Coordinated and liaised with the Japanese government and civilian contractors to build multiple facilities and landing zones on the base-Supervised the logistical stages of providing over 11,300 meals for staff and students. Ensuring daily and weekly, all health procedures were followed properly and supplies ordered. -Supervised the successful removal of more than 100 gallons of hazardous materials

-Assisted in planning the logistical movements and accountability for 3 major exercises with 2 different countries to include over $700,000 in personal weapons and $5,400,000 in Battery howitzers & equipment-Implemented and supervised a weekly training plan for more than 60 Marines, safely firing 18,000 rounds total during this time.-Tailored training based off the needs of the company. -Ensured all steps were taken and procedures followed on every round the Battery fired by training all assistant floor managers (Section chiefs) on the operations and equipment of their section.
