Currently working as a Senior HRBP for a well known foods brand, I love working within an organisations HR function to help refine the HR support and guidance given to positively shape the longer term vision. Emotionally intelligent, proactive and experienced in complex ER cases - my HR knowledge has come from my degree in the subject twinned with the household name companies I am proud to say I have worked for and the project work I have strived to perfect whilst working for them. I am forever seeking to know more about my craft, be that attending conferences, online learning through to simply networking - always happy to welcome a new connect to my profile!Outside of work, I am a National Champion competitive cheerleader (see photo- not a Pom Pom in sight!) and like to unwind by seeing my friends or simply doing my Uncle Duties and taking my nieces and nephews out for the day.
