• Produce daily and weekly UK Retail trading figures for distribution throughout organisation.• Assist in preparation of Retail Shop Plans – Producing shop by shop targets, phasing and loading data into relevant systems (SAP BPC, Oracle) to enable performance tracking. Maintaining shop targets and daily phasing on an on going basis.• Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual strategy for UK retail revenue streams.• Group Reporting – Includes the production of weekly and monthly KPI’s and slides prepared in line with reporting instructions and deadlines to enable group consolidation.• Produce KPIs, Analysis and insight for retail operations, marketing, investor relations, machines and trading departments to review actions, aid decision making and performance measurement of regional market place managers.• Complete any ad-hoc reporting and analysis as deemed necessary by FD and Retail Board.• Taken responsibility of Ladbrokes Charitable Trust accounts and reporting – Providing monthly financial updates to Trustees and annual accounts.
