I graduated December of 2020. I majored in Forensic Science with a focus in physical evidence and minored in Chemistry. I Have honed many of my lab skills through immensely hands on courses in my degree field. Forensic microscopy and Forensic firearms analysis has sharpened my microscopy skills as well as determining class and individual characteristics in trace evidence. Forensic serology has greatly developed my skills in pipetting as well as using a range of presumptive and confirmatory test such as the combined P-TMB presumptive test, Takayama confirmatory test, and ABAcard HemaTrace confimatory test. Along with my studies I have a dedicated nature to my employers and throughout my entire college career I have also worked for Walgreens which improved many soft skills such as communication, team leadership, and time management. I have a desire to take all that I have learned in my studies and work experience to influence my future career in the Forensic Science field.
