At Culver's I worked closely with fellow team members to deliver a high quality experience to all guests. I worked primarily as a back of house employee where I followed standard operating procedures to produce high quality food in a fast paced environment. I also acted as a leader in the kitchen and would regularly train and direct other team members in tasks.

As an Engineering Intern at Sussex IM, I worked in a variety of roles to support company goals. A large focus of my internship was on documenting technical procedures and machine operation. As part of this I worked closely with the engineering and maintenance departments to gain a thorough understanding of these procedures before concisely recording them in technical write-ups. I also was trained on basic PLC programming using Ladder Logic and HMI programming. I used the skills I learned to help the engineering team program HMI's for a new automation project that started production in August of 2024.

As director of referees, I was responsible for scheduling referees for over 100 games each spring and fall season. As part of this role, I helped the club implement a new scheduling software that streamlined the process for both referees and myself. My role also required me to communicate effectively with referees, coaches, parents, and league officials to manage disputes between referees and parents and coaches.

As a soccer referee, I maintained the safety of all players through fair enforcement of the laws of the game. This required thorough knowledge of the laws of the game which I gained through self-study. I communicated with players, coaches, and parents to ensure my calls were understood. I also worked in teams of up to three referees and coordinated with fellow referees to ensure the games were refereed as accurately as possible.
