I acted as the face and voice of Jones Lang LaSalle/Procon Residential services in Indonesia. With an experience that spans both sides of the real estate business- real estate agency services and property development, I’m able to offer solutions that enable everyone to win. I managed all sales and marketing activities for the existing property portfolio of PT DAR which included commercial office, retail leasing, residential housing and apartment leasing. I also managed various aspects of residential project launches and various business development initiatives. The position saw direct reporting lines to the Board of Directors. Key Achievements: • CityLofts project: Marketing activities until 85% sell-out• Two residential projects in Menteng Jakarta – Cikditiro to complete successful sell-out

I was responsible for a 200 people strong sales network throughout South East Asia to market international investment property. I was directly involved in the procurement of Australia based, large residential selling and marketing appointments. This included prestige property, student accommodation, investment apartments and integrated resort & leisure developments.

I helped market customized software solutions to institutional property owners, particularly banking groups with large loan and collateral portfolios. I also assisted the team in Business development and to align our organization with the Indonesian Association of Real Estate Brokers (AREBI).

I was responsible for Commercial real estate consultancy, valuation predictions and commercial relocation advice to major space occupants in Sydney. I was also involved in to conclude various commercial leasing transactions and to generate commission income for the commercial leasing division of Richard Ellis Pty Limited.

I was responsible for commercial leasing and residential staff recruitment and training. I was also responsible for management and maintenance of all income and expenditure for the residential and commercial divisions of Colliers Jardine Indonesia. I was also recognised as one of the largest commission/fee earners for Colliers Jardine in the Asia Pacific Region.
