I am well-versed in diagnosing technical problems, performing root cause analysis, and implementing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.During my Network Engineering apprenticeship, I acquired comprehensive hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure. I gained proficiency in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as optimising network performance and security. This apprenticeship not only honed my technical skills but also instilled a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning, which can be evidenced by my achievement of my Level 4 Network Engineering qualification as well as CompTIA's Network+ certification.
