- Maintains, updates, repairs, and makes mechanical modifications on flight training devices (FTDs) in accordance with Regulatory Authority requirements and company standards. Identifies, troubleshoots, repairs or replaces most of the Simulator and FTD electrical and sub system components, as needed.- Advanced two levels, from Flight Simulator Technician to Flight Simulator Technician II, within the first six months of hire.- Provides top-notch customer service to users and customers through proactive technical support, helping to improve customer relationships and confidence.

- Led the Western US FSR team and helped to transition the team from one employer to another while continuing to fulfill all contractual obligations.- Continued to act as full time Denver Field Service Representative and traveled extensively to support & maintain simulators across the entire Western US region.- Developed internal training practices & procedures for all FSRs, trained new hires, and oversaw day-to-day supervision of the Western region team.- Ensured remote team continued to work from home through 2020 Coronavirus lockdowns and maintained team cohesion through a period of dramatic change.
