In this role, I led data-reporting efforts for ALDI's eCommerce fulfillment team.I was responsible for KPI reporting, database management, and data ingestion for ALDI's eCommerce business.I facilitated and led meetings related to eCommerce performance, such as weekly performance connects. For monthly reporting, I built a performance dashboard and monthly report for an executive audience to help facilitate data-driven decision-making. My goals in performance reporting were to tell the story of the data through simple and effective data visualization, while also calling out wins and raising red flags when necessary. I helped generate data-driven insights to promote decisions that would drive sales while minimizing costs.Throughout my time in this role, I worked heavily with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. I also worked closely with ALDI's third-party eCommerce fulfillment partners, such as Instacart and DoorDash. By assisting in partnership management, I helped to ensure optimal performance and mutual benefit for both ALDI and its third-party partners.

Starting at ALDI as an intern, I visualized retail KPIs, using Tableau and Alteryx.I built and presented dashboards for weekly and monthly reporting and savings-driven decision-making.I recommended actions that collectively saved over $800k, based on data analysis.

Resident Assistants (also known as Community Advisors) are student staff members who serve as a role model and mentor to residents in their community on campus. They work to encourage individual growth while promoting a safe, secure and welcoming community where students can have a positive living and learning experience.RAs live on a floor in the residence halls, and they work under the direct supervision of a hall director and graduate hall director.Responsibilities include:Assisting residents with personal and academic concerns.Encouraging the development of mature behavior among residents.Maintaining an atmosphere conducive to academic excellence.Coordinating programs and events that address the academic and personal needs of residents, using the Residential Curriculum Pillars.Creating meaningful relationships with residents through one-on-one interactions.Assisting residents during desk shifts.Enforcing university policy and regulations as listed in the Residence Hall Handbook.

Participated in the Professional Career Internship program, which is for undergraduate students pursuing careers in business-related fields.

Gained experience in an office setting, while assisting other JCESR employees full-time in day-to-day activities from various disciplines, including communications, marketing, administration, and operations. Wrote for newsletter "This Week In JCESR," which is sent out biweekly to 160+ recipients. Worked on web design using WordPress. Utilized several business applications, including Microsoft Office and Mailchimp. Met, worked with, and learned from top business professionals in a real office environment.
