As co-founder of We Achieve, I have developed the positioning and goals of the business, establishing the value proposition of the sub-brand We Achieve Insight. We lend clients our experience, intelligence, and research consultancy to support their business decisions. We isolate the commercially-focused research objectives and provide the best research and insight solution. As experts in market research design, we aim to do so in an intelligent, and comprehensive fashion.

As founder, I designed and implemented the business operations, including the website, marketing & delivery processes. Our customers have always been delighted by the wine gifts they receive, complementing the way we label up each bottle so that they know who gave them which bottle and often remarking on how seamless our service and communication has been.The Hollington Wine Company is an online wine gift-list service, offering list-owners free curation and publication of their wine gift list.

Joining Morar HPI soon after the formal merger of the two entities, I led the division with the broadest mix of personnel from the two companies. I worked to bring together the two different cultures, establishing a new, collaborative, divisional identity. I was responsible for setting and delivering the commercial expectations and developing the divisional strategy.

Key responsibilities included ownership of Research Now’s custom research delivery to corporate and media agency clients; advising clients on best-practice research. Supporting Sales, Marketing & Delivery teams, a business leader in charge of the team delivering fieldwork services to a variety of different client verticals.

Key responsibilities included design & delivery of KAE’s consumer research; advising clients on the appropriate methodology & analysis techniques to deliver meaningful, evidence-based strategic insight.

Responsibilities included account management, business development & full service of market research projects – from proposal through commission and set up, to analysis and presentation.
