I helped traditional Mortgage Brokers learn the Reverse Mortgage product. I taught them how to market and sell them and walked them through the intricacies of the process. I was also responsible for managing relationships between our company and our broker partners.

-Process Loan Submissions-Order Case Numbers-Verify compliance of submissions/case assignments per HUD guidelines-Making our partners experience with S1L as pleasant as possible by answering all questions effectively and providing efficient turn times for all submissions/case assigns

-Provide investors with required documentation for purchase of S1L loans-Compiling Case Binders to HUD for insuring-Allocate loans to trades-Ensure all trailing documents (Title Policies, Deeds, Notes) were received and forwarded to Investors.
