Training & Development Officer in Ausgrid’s Field Operations Group for the implementation, assessment, deployment and training of current and new systems● Contribute to the creation of learning and development process documents, user guides and programs for business needs● Developing a precise understanding of the skills, knowledge and capabilities required of system users● Updating and maintaining learning management systems.● Contribute to the build and design of specialised systems ● Analyse stakeholder needs to initiate appropriate actions to achieve objectives using the most efficient method● Explore and develop recommendations for business improvement and evaluate the suitability of these options● Compiling relevant information for use in reporting and maintaining data sheets● Conduct training sessions and demonstrate uses and advantages of new systems● Commitment to workforce development by coordinating training sessions, presentations, guiding colleagues and assisting in ongoing development● Show initiative in forward planning and prioritising tasks to manage conflicting events, schedules, and requirements ● Compile, build and deliver engaging sessions to new system users

Ausgrid’s Service Support Customer team provides support to a variety of internal departments, customers, Electrical Contractors and Accredited Service Providers. This support covers a wide variety of aspects of the Ausgrid network.● Act as first point of contact for customers with a specialised enquiry and provide a solution to their enquiries via telephone and email● Create, update and complete records and data in a range of systems to capture, action and monitor information relating to customer and stakeholder interactions● Suggest recommendations and improvements on Service Supports processes to help streamline and increase efficiency ● Assist Accredited Service Providers and contractors in navigating Ausgrid’s specialised programs, submitting documents and resolving queries.● Managed billing processes and generated invoices and quotes● Case management and dispute resolution ● Collaborations and conflict resolution● Work closely with a variety of different departments and staff at all levels of the organisation to high quality support services that facilitate effective operations● Develop training documents and procedures and coordinate training sessions to provide professional development and collegial support● Investigation/ interrogation of system records and other data to resolve complaints and assist in the coordination of responses● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as well as engage with members of the community to solve a wide range of claims and complaint cases.
