- Attended and participated in meetings regarding events throughout the season- Served as a primary contact for the Street Team for information received from management or onsite contacts- Ensured that all breaks were taken within the Street Team on any given work shift

- Acted as a brand ambassador for the organization- Worked off-site events (i.e., organization events, street hockey/school programs, sports tournaments, sponsor appearances, etc.) to promote the Ducks and increase ticket sales- Hosted Ducks Watch Parties at local restaurants and bars- Assisted, as necessary, other departmental (i.e., Community Relations, Signature Events, etc.) promotional/community events- Passed out and discussed promotional and sales collateral at Ducks home games and off-site events- Assisted with other miscellaneous tasks on an as-needed basis- Used “pie-in-the-face” method at the Honda Center to amplify crowd volume on multiple occasions

- Timed checkpoints for different types of races (5Ks, marathons, cycling races, etc.)- Coordinated with race directors to help put together starting lines for races- Set up and took down transportable workstations used to track racers' times- Troubleshot with coworkers to fix small problems such as bad internet or faulty equipment

- Promoted and sold raffle tickets at Anaheim Ducks home games- Interacted with customers at kiosks or did person-to-person selling- Interacted with fans during games to spread positive spirit and excitement- Developed strong relationships with fellow coworkers, allowing us to coordinate selling tactics with each other- Sold over $30,000 worth of tickets in first year with organization
