Port Hotels is a new brand on the south east coast, with their first hotel being in Eastbourne. With an aim to offer their clients a quality, relaxing design lead environment with seafront accommodation. I worked closely with the owners whilst the first site was being extensively refurbished. Due to the nature of the works we had a number of different trades on site at any one time that needed liaising with and ensuring deadlines were met.
