Control and improve all aspects of internal / external logistics including 3PL fleet, packaging, kanban systems, internal parts flow, supplier stock management, etc.In this position Luke made valuable contributions by:-Rebalancing 3PL fleet to reduce cost by +$1M over model life.-Reducing Stock levels to free up +$100K in cash and +100sqm in floor space.-Implementing new ways of managing kanbans to increase accuracy and reduce maintenance overhead.

Participate as a member in a fully vertical team focussed on analysing problems and delivering countermeasures within the Materials and Logistics areas.Prepare and deliver presentations at monthly 'Jishuken' style events to other improvement teams and Senior Management.
