CupoNation is an affiliate marketer with the goal of saving consumers money through online coupons. At CupoNation, I started off in charge of the AdWord campaign of their largest territory, Brazil. Within my first four months, I turned Brazil SEM/PPC around from making a loss, to making over €10,000 in profit per month. Due to my successes here, I was moved onto a new, groundbreaking, product advertising project. I was entrusted with this project from the start, growing it from 0 Keywords to over 500,000. Due to the complexities of this challenge, AdWord Scripts were implemented to manage these campaigns automatically, with features including automatic Keyword Addition, Automatic Bid Adjustments, and Automatic Reporting. Website Design Ltd is a web development agency. In eight months, I became the only web marketer, becoming self-directed within the marketing department, while remaining a team player. I also made changes to how web marketing works within the agency, developing new services and removing old processes that were not working for our clients.As well as marketing websites for small and medium businesses successfully, I met deadlines, managed priorities and helped with Website Design Ltd's own marketing. I developed skills in running multi-channel advertising campaigns using these methods:• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)• Social Media Marketing• Onsite Content Creation• Paid Search Advertising (PPC)• Display Network Advertising• Remarketing Advertising• Email Marketing• Conversion Rate OptimisationThis work also allowed me to gain experience in using Content Management Systems (CMSs), including Wordpress, jShop eCommerce, and CMSMadeSimple. This data was also used to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for websites.I marketed websites for a wide range of businesses, including a high-end chauffeuring company (iChauffeur), a luxury linen eCommerce store that sells to both the public and trade (King of Cotton) and a business to business (B2B) seller of engineering solutions (Platipus Anchors). For the linen company, through email marketing, I generated a ROI of 460% within the first two months. I also ran and promoted a successful group for digital professions in my local area.Part of my role was also in a sales capacity, informing clients of the value of Website Design Ltd's work and how it can improve their company's performance. My suggestions were typically based on analytics analysis, and would often include work for other departments.

Slack Space is a community art gallery and events centre. Here I promoted events using displays, word of mouth and social media. My customer service skills grew with curating the gallery.
