Joined BT group an engineer in 1987 completing the maintenance and major installations of Payphones which also included the installations of WIFI and Mobile signals before moving into management in 1999. My first appointment was managing a team of 20 Payphone engineers in the West Of London which included Heathrow Airport.My second appointment was managing a team of 25 engineers in the City Of London.My third appointment was managing a team of 45 engineers covering the whole of London within the M25.My fourth appointment was managing a team of Apprentices in the West London Area.My latest appointment is managing a team of 22 Service Delivery Engineers within Openreach. Covering Stratford (Olympic Park & Westfield's) and Hackney. Maintaining and Delivering copper and fibre products whilst delivering a fantastic customer experience.
