As the Director of Managed Services I was responsible for putting into place a new Managed Services offering which became known as Summit Services. I was responsible for all aspects of the group including building out operations that scale, sales and client management and delivery to Summit transitions.

As VP Managed Services I was in the role to provide subject matter expertise and lead all operations pertaining to Managed Services teams including Project Managers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA team membersThe scope of this position had a focus on leading all aspects of MTX's Managed Services offering which included both.

As Director of Global Services, I acted as an escalation point for projects and helped solve technical problems while managing a team of Managed Services Technical Leads.

Joined the company to own all technical delivery solutions while managing development resources on implementation projects as a Technical Lead. I also partnered with account executives in scoping pre-sales opportunities while identifying technical risks on projects and implementing mitigation plans

Promoted to a managerial role to coordinate and prioritize solutions for C-level executives across more than 45 business units. Managed internal Salesforce development team along with building a roadmap and evaluating business requests for the team.

Joined the company to own the internal Salesforce team for New Ventures. I was responsible for all aspects of the internal Salesforce organization which includes managing external vendors, development teams, and metric reporting to leadership.
