In my younger years, I worked extensively within the manufacturing industry for 17 years in various roles from production to quality improvement, which included implementation of ISO standards in conjunction with lean methodologies, in traditional large scale factory and smaller scale laboratory production.In recent years I have completed a degree in Information Technology, minoring in Web Design, and moved into the role of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Developer with Australian based Salesforce Consulting Partner, Big Data Digital. My experience with Big Data Digital has lead to my becoming a Certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant. I have been involved with a number of advanced customisation, development and integration projects, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud.I thoroughly enjoy working in the Salesforce ecosystem and especially enjoy working with the diverse range of clients we consult with, helping to get the most from their Salesforce product investment.
