Event management and production:Responsible for the pre-planning and overall delivery of our nationwide One Big Day events. These events are aimed at both existing and potential customers allowing them to view over 200 cars (standard production and adapted) in one place without having to visit multiple dealerships. I am responsible for all aspects including venue sourcing, branding, staff and exhibitor logistics as well as promotion of the events. Promotion includes a wide range of mediums such as direct mail, online search and PPC, radio and press. Year on year we have seen an increase in attendance of 33% and in 2015 over 22,000 visitors attended the events. For the 2015 events I also created the framework and process flows for the development of our bespoke exhibitor and staff management system.Project managing the communication, branding and delivery of our annual Dealer Business Briefing Roadshows. These annual roadshows are held at nine different locations across the UK and aimed at dealership management to keep them informed about the Motability Scheme. My responsibilities include the production of the communications plan, branding, exhibition area, dealer merchandise, handouts, information packs and staff logistics.Responsible for creating large corporate presentations using Apple Keynote which is then used at our Dealer Business Briefings and viewed by over 5,000 dealership staff annually.Dealership branding and Point of Sale:Managing our Point of Sale offering to the nationwide dealer network which includes a range of indoor and outdoor branded materials to help dealers promote the Motability Scheme in their showrooms. I am also responsible for introducing our online store that enables dealers to order through a self service portal and have products delivered directly to their showroom.Corporate branding:Responsible for ensuring collateral produced by the business (both externally and internally) conforms to our brand guidelines and values.
