Let me explain....I'm Luke, a qualified RICS property expert with 20 years’ experience in property development, commercial property, project management, development and investment.Property is all I know and I've been lucky to work my way from the bottom to the top! I've enjoyed a career working across multiple UK property funds, as well as for private clients and investors, as well as sitting on Executive Boards to oversee all property matters. Despite all of this, I always felt like something was missing - and it was - I wanted to create and build my own property empire into which I could pour my expertise and knowledge and reap the rewards.In 2020 I set up Evolution Evolving; a property company specialising in renovation, conversions and new builds. It is a partnership with my brother-in-law that sees us actively find, manage and build animpressive property portfolio in Gloucestershire.We work with investors and work hard to deliver healthy ROI to ensure that we always add that extraelement of 'added value'. I am a master at building lasting relationships and consider myself a trusted and valued partner to investors.
