I have improved hundreds of processes, optimized dozens of tools at the departmental and enterprise levels, and successfully led dozens of operational initiatives and programs. All this has demonstrably contributed to my teams’ and organizations’ success. I have led multiple Resourcing/Workforce Planning programs. At Yesler, successfully led the resource program for 2+ years, deftly handling 200+ requests/month, shepherding it through an acquisition, and maintaining complex, dynamic schedules. Across all of my roles, I have a track record of advancing the tools and their associated processes to continuously improve my organization's operational capacities. I have successfully transitioned CRM platforms, retired old and implemented new ERP solutions, and developed custom apps to ensure that my organizations operated at peak efficiency.
