About Luke Strain
I am a transitioning US Army Signal Officer with a passion for Information Technology, Cybersecurity and Leadership. During my 10 years in the Army I have had the privilege of leading and learning from many well trained Signal Soldiers as I fielded and implemented new technology into my organizations, wrote cyber and knowledge management policies, created processes to effectively and securly use the Army's information network and wrote instructional materials on those processes and technologies.I commissioned into the Army from Texas A&M ROTC, graduating from the University as Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication Media Studies. From there I continued my technical education by becoming a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) through ISACA and earning Comp TIA Net+ and Sec+ Certifications. While working in the Army, I completed my Masters degree in Cybersecurity with Webster University.Available to work February 2025.
