I have a wealth of experience in both hospitality and education, spanning 25 years. A chef since 1997 and a Level 5 qualified FE teacher since 2004, having worked across London, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean with previous employers including the Roux brothers, Tom Conran and Ivana Trump.I have a keen interest in food business and I'm passionate about supporting students to combine their culinary skills with business acumen to become commercially successful. I am one of the mentors on the WhitePepper Online platform for remote and international students.
