Through to invoicing, and ensuring accounts are paid in full.● Regular engagement with key accounts, whilst also exploring and building new relationships to increase the businesses customer base and appeal. Working in conjunction with the Marketing Team enabling lead generation, prospecting and account based marketing using the ZOHO CRM.● The point of contact for creative solutions for customers and drivers. Driving success and positive testimonials including highly rated Google Reviews.● Creation and implementation of automated e-mail marketing campaigns first using Send-Grid before switching to Mail Chimp.● Continued input into the development and UX of the Trusted Dispatch app and website.● Creation of content and ideas for the Website including the blog, as well as management of the website. Ensuring continued optimal performance and higher rankings through SEO.● Monitoring the onboarding of all new drivers including vetting. Crucial to the overall success of Trusted Dispatch.● Converting haul quotes into successfully completed hauls.
