I have a Information technology background with a Cert III and Diploma in ICT and Networking that has helped me in learning what is required for a software and network diagnosis job role, this has assisted me quite extensively in the past while helping and supporting clients of all types with many different types of software and hardware related issues..I have provided all manners of software and hardware related support to many ranges of customers from the elderly to the requirements and professional etiquette required to convey support with medical professionals, this has taught me to have a keen sense for a customer's requirements and communicate what is required to allow the service/application to run smoothly, and for the end user to also be happy with the result with a new found understanding.My previous role was working within the medical community providing software troubleshooting and training to doctors/specialists via phone and remote support and logging all communication within a note taking application. I would also liaise with clients upon agreed upon times and provide impromptu support through incoming phones often working on multiple remote sessions at once while also providing excellent support. My role prior was providing hardware diagnosis for Mooloolaba Computers in which I would have incoming laptops/towers/smart devices with a specific issue, I would troubleshoot the issue or perform virus removals, I also spent quite some time out on the front desk speaking with customers and learning their issue and assisting with their concerns and queries.For a long time ICT has been a passion of mine, from the intricacies of software troubleshooting to the satisfaction and achievement of assisting customers with their complex issues.
