Account Executive II role combines strategic sales and account management responsibilities. Oversaw inbounding operations at the DEN4 AR Sortation FC in Colorado Springs. Day to day responsibilities included building rapport with and managing over 80 Associates, monitoring key shift metrics and making operational adjustments to support building goals, and reporting out shift barriers and wins to building leadership.

I currently oversee and manage our Conference and Guest Services operations for Housing and Residential Life at the University of Arizona. We are responsible for hosting campus and conferences utilizing the dorms around campus and typically provide between 40,000 and 50,000 bed nights to both internal and external conference groups. In an average season I manage an operating budget of $250,000 and the generation of about $1,000,000 in revenue for our department. I supervise five full-time professional staff members that oversee about fifty student staff members across a multitude of diverse positions. We work closely with campus partners to ensure groups have the best possible experience on our campus.

In this role I directly oversaw the operations and occupancy of a 350 student residential dorm at the University of Arizona. I supervised a staff of 16 Residents Assistants, as well as the safety and comfort of the students who occupied my building. This involved working closely with partners and stakeholders to provide supplementary, educational programming and resources to these students. In addition to my direct responsibilities overseeing my building, I also served on several recruitment and selection committees responsible for hiring 250 Resident Assistants as well as about 10 professional staff members. I acted as an on-call resource, responding to crises and emergencies around campus that ranged from facilities concerns like floods to student suicide ideations. I was also responsible for meeting with students who broke our policies and procedures and conducted educational, accountability conversations.

During the peak of the pandemic, I was responsible for creating and implementing Housing and Residential Life at the University of Arizona's COVID isolation strategy. This involved the isolation of over 1500 students over a two year period. I developed the process of moving students over, placing them in rooms, ensuring their care and support from dining and health services, and seamlessly moving them out once their isolation period was over. I was then responsible for training my direct reports and staff around the university on these processes.At the peak of the program I was responsible for four buildings dedicated to isolation and supervision of a dedicated student and professional staff. I worked with a multitude of stakeholders and partners including dining, transportation, maintenance & custodial, and health services to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents. My experience in this role enhanced my abilities in creative problem solving, communication to a large and diverse audience, and developing efficient systems and resources.

As Coordinator of Conference and Guest Services I help provide operational, logistical, and supervisory support to the program which hires roughly 70 student staff, houses up to 80 conference groups, and yields 40,000 bed nights during the summer months. In the off season I work to prepare resources and set up systems for the following cycle to ensure ever increasing service and efficiency. Our operations currently oversee a $250,000 budget and typically generates $1 million dollars in revenue each season. I am tasked with finding ways to creatively increase revenue and reduce costs.

I manage the operation of desks at nine dorms at the university. This entails ensuring that the desks are properly staffed, supplied, and equipped to serve the residents staying in our buildings with the best customer service available. I am responsible for approving payroll, completing weekly supervision meetings with my Desk Managers, and completing audits of our keys, amenities, and mail.
